Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery:

  • International- Delivery date will be provided once the shipment has departed from the origin.
  • Domestic- Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days.

Delays (In case): In the event of delivery delays, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Custom Duty and Tax: The custom duty and tax should be borne by the receiver at the time of receiving delivery.

Free Shipping Charges:

  • Domestic (UAE) if the order value is above 300 aed.
  • Saudi Arabia if the order value is above 600 aed.

Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase. But if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Please note the following terms:

Conditions for Returns:

  • The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at +97143969647 with the order reference number provided while purchase of the item.

After receiving confirmation from our side, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the address provided by customer service.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions:

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include clearance items or items marked as final sale.
